The hotel offers a cozy and lovely stay but could benefit from some upgrades. The service is top-notch with extremely friendly and helpful staff. While the location is convenient with nearby dining and shopping options, there is room for improvement in cleanliness. Dining options are satisfactory but not exceptional.
Upon arrival, I found the rooms to be small, dark, and outdated, with a noticeable smell of cigarettes and fresh smoke. Unfortunately, the dim lighting led to an accidental injury. Thankfully, the staff was very accommodating and pleasant despite some initial confusion during check-in. The hotel's location was convenient for various activities and attractions, but the dining experience fell short of expectations with subpar breakfast options. The facilities were adequate, although improvements could be made.
